Regionals: Southwest list of fastest growing private companies in America.\nWe are seeking a talented and professional Consultant (Software ArchitectSkillset)to join our team.\nResponsibilities:\nAs a member of a growing team, you will help to define and influence the team culture and environment.\nWork on solution-based, outcome-oriented projects with a highly skilled team for top innovative clients.\nBuild modern software solutions using cutting-edge Cloud-based technologies.\nConnect with clients at all levels and work with technical leaders to achieve consensus, while being immersed in & driving agile project environments.\nCollaborate with other software development capabilities to iteratively design, develop, validate, and operate software at scale using agile techniques.\nEnsure your team is empowered to deliver high-quality application code using emerging technologies and frameworks typically targeting cloud-based ecosystems.\nAdvance the craft by developing and sharing materials and thought leadership with other builders.\nRemain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).\nPrioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.\nContribute to evolv’sculture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.\nHelp grow evolvby providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nBA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, Masters a plus.\n5+ years building web applications and architect design experience.\nProven software architecture experience using modern programming languages (Java, .NET, Node.js, Angular, React, among others).\nPrior experience as a technical lead of medium to large teams and a background in mentorship or formal management of software engineers / technical consultants.\nExperience developing multi-platform, enterprise level software utilizing various programming environments and tools.\nStrong familiarity with Agile methodologies as well as all aspects of the SDLC.\nA passion for crafting and delivering high quality products.\nHands on experience in Cloud Native computing (serverless, event driven).\nKnowledge building loosely coupled or microservices based architectures.\nCo-lead discovery and delivery project phases alongside other capability leaders.\nDevelop and execute implementation plans in alignment with features and functionality designed to delight clients and customers.\nProvide oversight and guidance for other software engineers on medium-sized software teams.\nWrite high-quality application code using emerging technologies and frameworks, primarily targeting cloud-based ecosystems.\nAbility to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.\nUnderstanding of object-oriented design principles.\nDeep understanding of trouble shooting and performance tuning all layers of the web application.\nStrong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.\nExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.\nExperience with relational or nonrelational databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)\nExperience with HTML and CSS, a front-end framework (e.g. Angular, React, Vue.js, jQuery, etc.), and API frameworks (e.g. Java Spring Boot, Python with Flask, .NET Web API, or NodeJS with Express).\nCloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nStrong \"solution oriented\" mentality, offering a range of possible solutions to problems.\nRigorous and logical problem-solving approach.\nAdaptable, self-starter mentality and an excitement for creating structure in ambiguous environments.\nWe believe in being inclusive of all people regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, or any attribute not relevant to job performance.
