Regionals: Southwest list of fastest growing private companies in America.\nWe are seeking a talented and professional Consultant (Software DeveloperSkillset)to join our team.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software.\nDevelop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company.\nProfessionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns.\nAnalyze and test programs and products before formal launch.\nTroubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.\nEnsure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information.\nActively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.\nAid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications.\nEnsure documentation follows companycompliancestandards and branding guidelines.\nGather feedback and revise documentation as needed.\nParticipate and often lead custom solutions and integration with related software solutions, and standards.\nSubject Matter Expertinleading integration of key business functions into architecture, design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.\nWilling to design, code, help create and analyze requirements.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.\nWork through all phases of the project lifecycle, including reviewing requirements, designing services that lay foundation for the new technology platform, building new interfacesandintegrate with existing architectures, developingand testing code, and delivering seamless implementations.\nRemain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).\nPrioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.\nContribute to evolv’sculture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.\nHelp grow evolvby providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\nExperience withfullstackdevelopment, including but not limitedto:.NET Core, C#,Java,SQL, a modern front-end technology (Angular, React, Vue, or Aurelia).\n5+ overall application development experience.\nExperience working with or presenting to clients or upper management.\nStrong product mindset understanding what systems are being built, what goals are needing to be met, and how it affects businesses/customers.\nSome experience with AWS and or Azure.\nExperience developing and delivering software in an agile methodology.\nExperience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.\nExperience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.\nMust be able to independently solve complex problems by utilizing experience and other resources.\nKnowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nWe believe in being inclusive of all people regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, or any attribute not relevant to job performance.
