Apply today and let's explore whether this opportunity is the right match for your experience, ambitions, and career goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nBudgeting & Forecasting\nContribute to the preparation of the annual revenue and expenditure budget.\n\nMonitor the accurate allocation of revenues and costs within the approved budget structure.\n\nParticipate in the preparation of periodic forecasts and financial projections.\n\nEnsure financial data is aligned with group policies and reporting standards.\n\nFinancial Monitoring & Analysis\nMonitor monthly budget execution and project financial performance.\n\nAnalyse variances against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.\n\nDevelop, monitor, and report key financial performance indicators (KPIs).\n\nReview and validate the accuracy and consistency of financial data.\n\nProvide financial analyses and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.\n\nFinancial Reporting\nPrepare and submit periodic financial reports to management and group stakeholders.\n\nSupport month-end closing activities and reporting processes.\n\nDeliver financial analyses, performance reviews, and ad hoc reports as required.\n\nEnsure reporting deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.\n\nInternal Control & Operational Support\nApply internal financial procedures and group policies.\n\nParticipate in internal and external audit processes.\n\nProvide financial guidance and support to operational teams and project stakeholders.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.\n\nEnsure compliance with Integrated Management System requirements.\n\nCandidate Profile\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Management Accounting, or Financial Analysis.\n\nProven experience in budget monitoring, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.\n\nExperience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, or industrial environments is considered a strong advantage.\n\nSolid understanding of financial and management accounting principles.\n\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.\n\nExperience working with financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to interpret, synthesise, and present complex financial information.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\n\nExcellent organisational and prioritisation skills.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions.\n\nProactive, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement-focused.\n\nLanguages\nEnglish -
