Apply today and let's explore whether this opportunity is the right match for your experience, ambitions, and career goals.\nResponsibilities:\nReporting & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting process;\n\nFinancial Analysis: Prepare financial analyses, KPIs, and management reports;\n\nProfitability & Margins: Perform profitability, margin, and variance analysis by customer, product and business segment;\n\nPricing & Performance: Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve margins;\n\nReceivables & Collection: Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate debt collection activities together with the Sales team;\n\nCredit Risk: Analyze customer payment behavior, overdue balances, and credit exposure;\n\nCash Flow & Working Capital: Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management;\n\nDashboards & Automation: Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI; identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and data quality;\n\nERP Systems: Support continuous improvements of Microsoft Dynamics and other business systems;\n\nBusiness Partnership: Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Logistics to support strategic business decisions.\n\nRequirements:\nUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.\n\n3-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Business Analysis.\n\nStrong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
