stakeholders, development teams, and support functions.\n\nWork closely with key users and internal teams to identify and define application enhancements and process improvements.\n\nFacilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions using use cases, workflows, scenarios, and other business analysis techniques.\n\nPropose and validate solutions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\n\nPrioritize and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nCreate user stories, functional specifications, release documentation, and supporting materials.\n\nValidate delivered solutions and support testing, user acceptance activities, and production readiness.\n\nConduct peer reviews to ensure requirements are clearly understood and actionable.\n\nMonitor progress, track backlog items, and provide project updates to stakeholders.\n\nSupport teams in investigating and resolving critical issues across environments.\n\nCollaborate with UX specialists to ensure intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.\n\nCommunicate business requirements, changes, and solution impacts effectively across all stakeholder groups.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.\n\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts.\n\nStrong knowledge of data modelling and the relationships between business processes and data structures.\n\nExperience with UML modelling.\n\nKnowledge of SQL/T-SQL.\n\nExperience with Product Discovery and UX Business Analysis activities.\n\nUnderstanding of user journeys, information architecture, and digital product usability.\n\nStrong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\n\nExperience with integration projects is considered an advantage.\n\nAI & Data Competencies\nFamiliarity with AI assistants for requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.\n\nAbility to create effective prompts that support business analysis activities.\n\nExperience reviewing and validating AI-generated user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation.\n\nUnderstanding of AI governance, privacy, ethics, bias, and responsible AI usage
