Apply and let's start the conversation.\nKey Responsibilities\nContract Review & Administration\nAnalyse, draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers, from the tender stage through project completion.\n\nEnsure contractual compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and Group requirements.\n\nPrepare, review, and validate contractual correspondence, including tender clarifications, notices, claims, and formal responses.\n\nDevelop and support contractual strategies for tenders and ongoing projects.\n\nDraft and review contractual documents in both French and English, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communications.\n\nRisk Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.\n\nCollaborate with technical teams to evaluate project risks and contractual implications.\n\nPrepare risk reports and provide recommendations to management.\n\nIdentify contractual opportunities and support value protection throughout project execution.\n\nClaims & Dispute Management\nMonitor contractual obligations, milestones, penalties, variations, and compliance requirements.\n\nManage contract amendments, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution processes.\n\nSupport project teams in identifying and documenting potentially contentious matters.\n\nCoordinate with external legal advisors and support litigation management when required.\n\nGuarantees, Bonds & Insurance\nManage bank guarantees, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, and insurance policies.\n\nReview and validate guarantees and contractual securities received from third parties.\n\nLiaise with banks, insurance brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.\n\nMonitor validity periods, renewals, and release processes.\n\nObtain and manage eligibility documentation required for public and private tenders.\n\nNegotiation & Business Support\nParticipate in contractual negotiations with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.\n\nProvide contractual guidance and support to project, procurement, tendering, and management teams.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor on contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes, templates, and tools.\n\nEnsure compliance with the company's Integrated Management System and ISO standards.\n\nCandidate Profile\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nAt least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Contract Management.\n\nSolid experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial, or energy projects.\n\nProven experience in contract negotiation, administration, claims management, and stakeholder management.\n\nStrong understanding of commercial contracts, contractual risk management, and contract law principles.\n\nExperience managing various contract types, including: FIDIC Contracts, Construction and EPC Contracts, Joint Venture and Consortium Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, Equipment Procurement and Supply Contracts\n\nGood understanding of project management and project delivery frameworks.\n\nAbility to interpret technical matters from a contractual and commercial perspective.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).\n\nExcellent contractual drafting and negotiation skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nAbility to assess legal, technical, commercial, and financial risks holistically.\n\nClose attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\n\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nFirmness and resilience in protecting the company's interests while maintaining a collaborative approach.\n\nFrench -
