This person should have experience working with media. This person will be joining a well-established division and will be responsible for overseeing junior team members and day-to-day activity on multiple accounts. Relocation assistance is not provided.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelops and maintains strong relationships with long-lead and short-lead media (broadcast a plus)\nUnderstands media strategy, media & influencer relations and has an understanding of media & influencer landscape\nUses excellent grammar and written communication - and the passion to play the role of quality control and editor with junior team members\nEnsures quality work from team to meet/exceed client expectations\nAssists in development and management of events as needed\nOversees day-to-day needs of client ensuring timely response to requests\nManages tactical activations such as events, treatment days and mailers\nMaintains communication and has a desire to work closely with clients\nProactively handles client and account challenges and issues quickly and adeptly\nBase knowledge of developing client presentations\nAssists with budgeting - both for individual activations and year-long trackers\nProvides leadership, direction and guidance to junior team members. The agency is committed to this position’s growth and development, and we want someone who feels the same about those they manage\nStrongly manages up - helping to manage deliverables and setting managers up for success\nWork with peers to further the mission, goals and culture of the agency\nShows eagerness to learn and master the powerful approach of integrated marketing communications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing a plus but not required\nMinimum 4-5 years; agency experience is required\nExperience in consumer, beauty, or lifestyle required; experience with healthcare a plus\nBig picture thinker, with strong writing, copy-editing, and presentation skills\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail\nAbility to ideate and execute end-to-end client strategy, down to the small details\nProven track record of generating results\nPersonal time management skills; ability to work quickly under pressure without sacrificing quality\nHighly organized, responsive, and punctual\nProblem solving skills and inner drive to improve efficiency and delivery beyond expectations for both the agency and for clients\nHands-on mentality and strong work ethic;
