Our agent-driven solutions automate complex workflows, engaging humans only when needed to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Join us at the forefront of AI innovation, where your expertise will directly shape the future of professional services. \nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across our next generation of AI-powered enterprise products.\nThis is not a traditional roadmap-maintenance role. We are looking for someone who has operated as a foundational product leader, someone who has built products and product organizations from the ground up, worked directly with customers, made difficult prioritization decisions with limited resources, and helped transform ideas into scalable businesses.\nThe ideal candidate has served as the sole Product Manager (or first PM) at a successful startup and has experience driving products from 0→1 and 1→N scale. We are also open to candidates from smaller, high-performing enterprise software companies where product teams remained lean and execution-oriented.\nYou will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, AI teams, design, and enterprise customers to define strategy, launch capabilities, and continuously improve product-market fit.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key platform and application initiatives.\nDrive 0→1 product development, from problem discovery through launch and scale.\nDefine requirements, write PRDs, and drive execution across engineering and design teams.\nMake prioritization decisions balancing business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.\nEstablish product processes, metrics, and operating rhythms in a fast-moving environment.\nWork closely with AI/ML teams to bring intelligent workflows and automation into production.\nIdeal Background\n8-10 years of Product Management experience\nExperience as:First PM / sole PM / early product leader at a startup, OR\nProduct owner at a high-growth enterprise software company\n\nDemonstrated experience launching and scaling products from 0→1\nTrack record of owning outcomes, not just shipping features\nExperience working directly with founders, executives, and customers\nStrong technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams\nExperience building SaaS, AI, enterprise software, data products, or workflow platforms\nStrong analytical and decision-making skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI-native products or integrating LLMs into production workflows\nExperience in enterprise domains such as finance, operations, compliance, tax, risk, or workflow automation\nFamiliarity with experimentation, growth, and product analytics frameworks\nWhat Success Looks Like\nBuild and launch products customers actively adopt and expand\nEstablish repeatable product processes and decision frameworks\nDrive measurable customer and business outcomes\nHelp shape the long-term product vision and company trajectory\nThis role is ideal for someone who wants to operate with ownership while building products at meaningful scale.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3249,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Decision
