These applications will support a range of business scenarios-from initiating processes and providing context to reviewing results, making decisions, and providing feedback. You will build frontend interfaces and connect these experiences to business logic, enterprise data, and AI platform capabilities.\nWorking closely with product managers, designers, domain experts, and platform engineers, you will translate business needs into intuitive, reliable applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with ownership of features from technical design through implementation, production release, and ongoing improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild features across the full stack: Translate customer needs, business scenarios, and user requirements into working applications. Own implementation across frontend interfaces and backend integrations, from early prototypes through production releases.\nCreate intuitive web experiences: Develop responsive, accessible interfaces tailored to different user roles and workflows. Make complex AI interactions understandable, including providing input, tracking progress, reviewing outputs, correcting results, and approving actions.\nDevelop application services and integrations: Build and maintain backend services and APIs that connect user experiences to business logic, enterprise data, and AI capabilities. Collaborate with platform engineers on API contracts, data flows, and asynchronous workflows.\nImprove application architecture: Contribute to component design, state management, service boundaries, and integration patterns that support maintainability, reuse, performance, and reliability.\nDeliver production-quality AI experiences: Handle streaming responses, long-running operations, incomplete results, and failures gracefully. Build automated tests and instrumentation, and contribute to evaluation practices that measure application reliability, AI output quality, and user success.\nStrengthen engineering quality: Participate in technical design discussions, write and review production code, share knowledge, and mentor teammates. Partner with product, design, domain, platform, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver enterprise-ready applications.\nQualifications\nExperience\n6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial experience building and shipping production web applications.\nExperience delivering features across frontend interfaces, backend services, and API integrations.\nHands-on experience building AI-powered applications and integrating LLM or agent capabilities into user-facing workflows.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Vue or React.\nExperience designing maintainable web applications, including reusable components, application state, routing, and data fetching.\nExperience building backend application services in Python and designing REST APIs.\nExperience integrating REST APIs and asynchronous services, including streaming updates and long-running tasks.\nStrong understanding of web performance, responsive design, and accessibility.\nPractical understanding of LLM application patterns, including conversational interfaces, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, and human review.\nSoft Skills\nAbility to turn ambiguous business needs into clear user journeys, technical designs, and manageable implementation steps.\nSound engineering judgment and clear communication of technical tradeoffs.\nExperience collaborating closely with product managers, designers, domain experts, and platform engineers.\nA practical approach to balancing rapid experimentation with application quality and production reliability.\nComfort taking ownership and working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.\nEducation\nBachelor’s
