Apply or send us your CV.\nMain Responsibilities\nProcess Design and Documentation\nCapture, analyze, and model business processes, for example,using BPMN 2.0\n\nCreate and maintain process documentation, process maps, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n\nIdentify optimization potential in existing workflows\n\nSupport the introduction and further development of a company-wide process framework\n\nAI Use-Case Identification and Implementation\nAnalyze processes for AI application potential, for example, automation, classification, prediction, and generative AI\n\nEvaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on feasibility and business value\n\nAccompany the implementation of AI solutions in close collaboration with IT, data, and business teams\n\nEnsure that AI solutions are embedded in a process-compliant and sustainable manner\n\nData Flows and Data Understanding\nDocument and analyze data flows along the process chain\n\nIdentify data sources, data gaps, and data quality issues as a foundation for AI initiatives\n\nCollaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure a reliable data foundation\n\nChange Management and Training\nActively support change processes during the introduction of new processes or AI-assisted workflows\n\nDesign and deliver training sessions and workshops for business units\n\nPromote a process- and data-oriented mindset across the organization\n\nRequirements\n3-6 years of professional experience in process management, business analysis, or a comparable field\n\nProven experience in process analysis and modeling, for example using BPMN, EPC, or comparable methods\n\nKnowledge of documenting data flows and system landscapes\n\nBasic understanding of AI concepts and technologies such as machine learning, NLP, and generative AI;
