You’ll work hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform/IaC, GitOps, and CI/CD, using technologies such as AWS EKS, Helm, FluxCD, and GitHub Actions, while partnering with development and security teams to strengthen automation, reliability, and observability.\nLocation: One Cotroceni Park, Building B, Bucharest\n\nHybrid: 3 days/week in the office\n\nEmployment: Individual Employment Contract (CIM)\n\nTravel: Periodic business trips to Germany\n\nIf Kubernetes, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code are part of your everyday toolkit, apply or send us your CV and let’s see if it’s a match.\nMain Responsibilities\nBuild, operate, and continuously improve Kubernetes clusters in on-premises and cloud environments\n\nImplement and maintain GitOps workflows, for example,using Argo CD or Flux\n\nAutomate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code\n\nDesign, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines\n\nManage and optimize cloud environments in AWS and Azure\n\nEnsure system reliability, monitoring, and observability, for example,using Prometheus and Grafana\n\nCollaborate with security teams to meet SOC requirements and implement best practices\n\nEvaluate and integrate open-source technologies\n\nTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support incident response\n\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering\n\nStrong knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker\n\nExperience with GitOps principles and related tools\n\nSolid experience with AWS\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems\n\nStrong Linux and networking skills\n\nExperience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible\n\nProgramming or scripting skills, for example in Python or Bash\n\nUnderstanding of security concepts and SOC processes\n\nHigh degree of ownership;
