As their project pipeline grows, this role will join the on-site execution team in Arad, supervising all mechanical installation works - mounting structures, trackers, and PV module installation - for a large-scale photovoltaic project.\nThis is a hands-on, site-based role reporting directly to the Site Manager, with strong involvement in execution, coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll ensure all mechanical works are executed safely, on time, and in line with IFC drawings, OEM manuals, technical specifications, and quality standards, coordinating mechanical subcontractors together with the civil and electrical teams.\nLocation: Arad (Grăniceri)\n\nFull-time, on-site (CIM)\n\nApprox. 2-year project, with extension potential based on pipeline & performance\n\nIf you’re ready to support one of Romania’s largest solar developments and contribute to the country’s renewable energy transition, apply now - let’s see if it’s a match.\nMain Responsibilities\nSite Execution & Supervision\nSupervise installation of PV mounting structures (fixed tilt/trackers)\n\nCoordinate pile installation activities (ramming/screw piles)\n\nMonitor tracker system assembly (driveline, motors, bearings)\n\nSupervise PV module installation works\n\nEnsure compliance with approved drawings and installation layouts\n\nVerify alignment, tolerances, spacing, and installation quality\n\nQuality & Technical Control\nReview IFC drawings and technical documentation\n\nEnsure compliance with OEM manuals and specifications\n\nMonitor torque control and assembly quality\n\nSupport QA/QC inspections and ITP implementation\n\nAssist in managing NCRs and corrective actions\n\nSubcontractor Coordination\nSupervise mechanical subcontractors and installation teams\n\nMonitor productivity and daily progress\n\nEnsure compliance with Method Statements and HSE standards\n\nSupport subcontractor performance evaluation\n\nPlanning & Reporting\nTrack daily/weekly installation progress\n\nReport installed quantities and site progress\n\nIdentify delays, risks, and technical issues\n\nSupport planning and recovery actions when needed\n\nHSE & Site Coordination\nEnsure safe execution of all mechanical activities\n\nMonitor lifting operations and working at height\n\nParticipate in toolbox talks and HSE implementation\n\nCoordinate closely with Civil and Electrical teams\n\nRequirements\nMechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited University is preferred\n\nMaster’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is considered a plus\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in utility-scale PV projects, industrial construction, or infrastructure projects\n\nPrevious experience with mechanical site execution is highly preferred\n\nExperience in renewable energy projects is a strong advantage\n\nFluent in English\n\nComputer literate\n\nStrong organizational and coordination skills;
