Globally, the company creates and operates intelligent infrastructure and buildings that support the transition to a low-carbon economy and sustainable territorial development.\nIf railway design is your specialisation, this role lets you apply it on large infrastructure programmes, with responsibility from the design theme all the way to handover and execution monitoring. You’ll prepare technical design solutions, drawings, and project documentation, support the technical checks, and keep the relationship with the Beneficiary, subcontractors, verifiers, and involved institutions - with field visits as part of the work. We will tell you which company is hiring, walk you through the projects and the team, and nothing is sent to the employer without your go-ahead.\nMain Responsibilities\nRequest the design theme and analyse and understand the content of the terms of reference\n\nParticipate in the design activity to meet the contract deadlines and the design schedule\n\nPrepare technical design solutions, drawings, and project documentation in line with the design phase requirements\n\nMake the technical documentation available to the reviewers and participate in the technical checks\n\nPrepare bid requests for subcontractors and present them to the Department Manager\n\nEnsure communication with subcontractors to meet delivery deadlines and check their documentation against the terms of reference\n\nMake field visits and intervene when technical or schedule requirements are not met, identifying remedial solutions without compromising the project\n\nPrepare external interim reports when requested and actively participate in the technical part of the solution\n\nMaintain relations with the Beneficiary, subcontractors, local administrations, utility owners, the external verifier, and involved institutions\n\nSupport interim and final approvals and notices (depending on experience and delegation)\n\nHand over the project to the Beneficiary and participate in monitoring during execution\n\nMaintain confidentiality and participate in the preparation of the technical offer\n\nRequirements\nTechnical / Engineering degree\n\n3-5 years of experience in Romania in railway design and monitoring is an advantage\n\nExcellent computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, and dedicated design software\n\nStrong sense of responsibility, high ethical standards, teamwork, and decision-making ability\n\nConfident, clear, and polite verbal communication, including active listening\n\nFluent Romanian;
