We look forward to receiving your application!\nYou can look forward to this\nPrepare testing activities for the integration of vehicle functions and features.\nGather requirements from function owners and translate them into test specifications and test scenarios.\nWork with project and testing tools, create and maintain test documentation, and ensure that requirements are adequately covered by tests.\nCommunicate with developers, function owners, test engineers, and other project stakeholders.\nHowever, this is only the beginning. Our goal is to help you gain a broader understanding of how modern automotive functions are designed, tested, and validated. Over time, you will have the opportunity to specialize in areas that interest you most, such as:\nSoftware development\nTest automation\nTest systems and tooling\nVehicle testing and validation\nWhat you bring along\nWe are primarily looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and motivated to understand how things work.\nAt least a secondary school diploma. A technical background or completed software/system testing training is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.\nStrong attention to detail and good communication and organizational skills, as the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, sharing information, and maintaining clear documentation.\nCuriosity and the ability to quickly understand new topics and independently acquire additional knowledge when needed.\nInterested in technology, software, automotive engineering, or technical systems in general.\nStrong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.\nExperience with task and defect management tools (eg, JIRA) is considered an advantage.\nGood command of both Czech and English; German is a plus.\nValid Category B driving license.\nPrevious automotive experience is not required.
