will you do at Evona:\ncreate and execute sharp graphic solutions daily, based on the client`s needs\ndesign website mockups and related graphics for both desktop and mobile to support the web design team\nwork autonomously on daily tasks, take ownership, and be accountable for assigned projects\nensuring that projects are completed on schedule while effectively applying our methodology and following quality standards\ndesigning logos, branding, social media posts, and print materials occasionally\nprepare drafts and present ideas\npreparing well-organized design files\ncooperate closely within the team and between teams\n\nKvalifikacijeYou will stand out if you have:\n1+ years of experience in graphic design\nskills in design software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)\nverbal and written communication skills in English\nneat portfolio with the representation of your previous work\nunderstanding UX/UI principles\nexcellent typography and composition skills\nability to pick up and learn new technologies quickly\nability to work methodically and meet deadlines\nability to work in a team and respect your coworkers\nability to meet work requirements\n\nNice to have qualifications:\na degree in graphic design or a related field\nfamiliarity with creating motion graphics and video editing\ntime management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once\naccuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs\ninterest in research and development, learning, and improving within the team\nexperience with
