Ltd.\nWork location : Thane\nKey Responsibilities :\nPerform lubricants blend optimization studies to achieve desired performance.\nConduct necessary lab testing to measure physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the formulated lubricating oil\nPrepare summarized test reports and data presentation for communication with internal and external stakeholders. \nMaintain detailed lab notebooks, test protocols and test reports\nCoordination with 3rd party lab and global R&D team as and when required\nCreate and update SOPs, test methods and calibration records\nPerform routine calibration, performance check and preventive maintenance of lab equipment\nParticipate in lab audits and round robin test programs as and when necessary\nFollow EHS guidelines related to lab testing, chemical handling and waste disposal \nEducation & Experience Required\nMaster’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering).\nMinimum 5 years of experience in lubricant formulation and testing.\nExperience in tribology is preferred.\nTechnical & Operational Knowledge\nStrong knowledge of lubricant specifications, formulations, and test methods across automotive and industrial lubricant segments.\nUnderstanding of internal processes and interfaces, including workshops, ordering processes, and facility management.\nProficiency in presentation techniques and stakeholder communication.\nExperience in project management and cross-functional coordination.\nKey Competencies\nLubricant formulation and product development\nTribology and performance testing\nTechnical problem-solving\nProject execution and coordination\nEffective communication and presentation skills\nStakeholder management\nYour Application\nTo ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
