Ensure that unauthorized people do not enter the premises. Verify visitors and maintain a visitor log of incoming and outgoing.\n\nCheck in contractors and visitors, greet guests, issue badges, parking permits and radio. Contact hosts if needed to direct visitors to meeting points in the plant\n\nCoordinate agendas/support for visitors. This includes but is not limited to developing agendas, making dinner reservations, ordering meals, coordinating transportation and temporary office space, scheduling meetings, and reserving meeting rooms\n\nLiaise with Corporate Services IT, FS, and HR as necessary. This includes but is not limited to filling out IT forms and submitting invoices\n\nServe as back-up for ADP time management and Proquis document management\n\nManage the sites protective clothing inventory\n\nMaintain plant radios and upkeep of equipment\n\nEnter SAP confirmations for site Plant engineers and generate purchase requisitions\n\nOrdering items via ARIBA for the site as needed to maintain proper inventory\n\nCoordinate with site ESSHQ manager helping with preparations for site turnarounds\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills needed to interface with high-level internal and external contacts, outside groups/agencies in a courteous highly professional and effective manner.\n\nCompetency in all MS Office applications required.
