The incumbent may coach and/or mentor employees in the entry-level or trainee level of the I/E craft. The incumbent will be familiar with the safety requirements of the I/E crafts to be able to aid or lead in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, adjusting of electrical equipment, instrumentation, and analytical equipment within an industrial/manufacturing plant environment.\nRESPONSIBILTIES\nUnderstand and apply Industrial Safety requirements for the Instrument and Electrical crafts.\n\nUse common tools of the Instrument/Electrical crafts and electrical/electronic test equipment.\n\nWork on Instrumentation Calibration, Pneumatic Control Valves, and Process Control Loops.\n\nPerform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation, and analytical equipment.\n\nRead and interpret electrical codes, manuals, procedures, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.\n\nProperly document all repair activities and actively seek continuous improvement opportunities.\n\nContinuously acquire basic knowledge of processes involved in the production units.\n\nPromote safe and effective work, document work in SAP CMMS, and train and mentor others on precision maintenance principles.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nHigh school Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred\n\nMin of 2 years’ experience required\n\nSound knowledge in E&I and Process Controls.\n\nFamiliar with various Temperature, Pressure, and flow instrumentation.\n\nProgram and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives.\n\nDistributive Control Systems knowledge of Delta V and RS3 a plus.\n\nComputer, including standard software and SAP.\n\nAble to use the basic E&I test equipment / Driver Explorer, RsLinx, AMS and standard software. Install, rebuild, and pressure test control and stop valves .\n\nSummary Compensation & Benefits:\nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
