In this position, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating different departments (Applied Innovation, production) between different business unity of the Company in strategic projects, ensuring effective collaboration and good communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in a research and development setting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.\nDevelop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure project deliverables are met.\nIdentify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.\nProvide regular project updates to senior management.\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineers, Nanotechnology or related areas; University degree (Master or preferably PhD), technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years of job experience are considered under certain circumstances as well.\nProfound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in the research and production of delivery system and surfactants.\nProfound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of emulsions and Delivery System technologies and products\nProfound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies\nProfound knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives and Personal Care are considered a plus\nFluent in English and Spanish\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nExperience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of project management software and tools.\nYour Application\nTo ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careersportal.
