Ltd, Jhagadia, Gujarat\nWork Location : Jhagadia / Thane\nEvonik Investment Project - Jhagadia, Gujarat\nPurpose of the Position :\nManagement, planning and implementation of the civil discipline for projects of chemical plant construction with a medium investment volume and/or medium complexity, with overall responsibility for the civil discipline.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResponsible for engineering work and technical implementation of investment projects for chemical plant construction in the specialized fields of construction, steel construction, civil and infrastructure work, architecture, and HVAC engineering.\nResponsible for coordination of preliminary, basic, and detailed planning\nCalculation, tendering, and awarding of construction and engineering services\nPreparation of technical specifications and bills of quantities\nResponsibility for costs, schedules, technical functionality, and project structuring\nProject management, planning work, quality assurance\nExecution and coordination of construction planning\nScheduling\nChange management\nMonitoring and quality assurance of construction work on sites\nInterdisciplinary interface coordination\nEducation & Experience required :\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the chemical industry, including substantial exposure to the planning, execution, and commissioning of greenfield projects.\nA qualification in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.\nMobility Requirement: Candidate should be flexible and comfortable with relocation, as well as frequent travel between Thane and Jhagadia, as required for project execution and business needs.\nYour Application\nTo ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
