This position regularly interfaces with financial services, BL controllers, site management and department managers.\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nSupport development and management of annual operating and capital budgets for assigned site(s).\nActively participates in the month end closing process to ensure the quality and timeliness of financial accruals, process order variances and other data that affects the financial results.\nMonitor process orders, analysis of production variances and initiate suitable measures (e.g., Recipe and BoM actualization)\nLead/Participate in improvement tasks and support consistent execution at assigned site(s)\nServe as a site contact for the tax department and internal/external auditors.\nEnsure proper communications to site management, financial services, business controlling on changes from various business decisions that will affect them.\nAnalyse trends using primary data sources, support effective use of data systems.\nCoordinate preparation of data and analytics reporting and ensure consistent, decision-ready outputs across assigned site(s).\nAdhere to policies & regulatory codes, identify potential non-compliance and escalate appropriately\nContribute to the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines and protocols\nPlans, organises, prioritises, and oversees activities to meet business objectives.\nProvide technical guidance training and oversights to stakeholders as needed. \nYour Application\nTo ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
