Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto our client’s infrastructure (cloud and on-premise) as well as regular version upgrades.\nWhat you'll do as an Application & Integration Manager:\nApplication Management (70% to 80%)\nSupport the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure\nManage and configure application releases (deployments and upgrades) or guide the customer to do so\nConfigure the application according to the requirements provided by the the client/ Assist client application management teams in the application setup\nProactively participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades\nInterpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task.\nIf necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams\nProject Management (20% to 30%)\nCoordinate version upgrades for existing clients\nTrack progress, manage risk and issues, and provide regular status updates for version upgrades\nCollaborate with client project team, Evooq product development team to ensure successful upgrade\n What skills you'll need as an Application & Integration Manager:\nGood knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices.\nGood knowledge of SQL databases.\nUnderstanding of Docker ecosystem concepts.\nGood knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc).\nGood knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc.).\nDecent experience with information system troubleshooting.\nHighly motivated and self-sufficient.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nGreat analytical and problem-solving skills.\nNice to have:\nExperience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous.\nDevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift.\nProven experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall).\nStrong understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL processes.\nAbility to translate business needs into technical requirements.\nExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nWhy Join Evooq?\nAt Evooq, you’ll be part of an ambitious, innovative team shaping the future of investment technology.
