Qualifications

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Technical Writer atau Business Analyst (fresh graduate yang memiliki kemampuan dokumentasi yang baik juga dapat dipertimbangkan).
Mampu menulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dengan baik; kemampuan Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Mampu membaca flowchart, ERD, UML, atau diagram proses bisnis.
Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Markdown, atau alat dokumentasi seperti Confluence/Notion.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan wawancara yang baik untuk menggali kebutuhan dari tim teknis
