You will combine design leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring the highest-impact work receives the right attention while critical priorities continue to move.\nYou will lead customer research, strengthen design systems across multiple products and work closely with Product and Engineering to turn business requirements into practical, high-quality experiences. You will also take ownership of the existing design backlog and help grow the design team as the organisation scales.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign Direction and Quality\nSet the design direction and quality bar across 360, Assure and Learn.\nStay hands-on across priority research, concepts, prototypes and production design.\nWorkload, Backlog and Team Leadership\nOwn and prioritise the design backlog, balancing urgent needs across product lines.\nManage team capacity and hire, support and develop designers as the organisation grows.\nCustomer Research and Validation\nLead customer research to validate designs, assumptions and design-system decisions.\nUse direct customer evidence to refine requirements and improve outcomes.\nCross-functional Product Delivery\nPartner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into buildable designs.\nBalance customer value, product consistency and technical feasibility through delivery.\nDesign Systems and AI-enabled Practice\nBuild and govern scalable design systems across multiple products.\nDefine practical uses of AI across research, prototyping and production design.\nWhat You Bring\nEssential\nProven experience leading a design team across concurrent product lines, including prioritising work when multiple needs are urgent.\nExperience designing the UX across complex configurable platforms that serve numerous user personas.\nExperience balancing design leadership with hands-on contribution in a lean team.\nPractical experience using AI within research, prototyping and production design, with a clear understanding of its value and limitations.\nStrong partnership skills across Product and Engineering, including translating business requirements into effective, buildable design outcomes.\nAbility to communicate design direction, priorities and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDesirable\nExperience inheriting a sizeable existing design backlog.\nExperience designing B2B SaaS products.\nExperience in EHS, compliance or another regulated-industry platform.\nExperience in a private equity-backed SaaS company.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.\nPlease note that Evotix is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
