Who are Evotix?

We're a growing global EHS SaaS company with a clear ambition: to combine world-class software, data and AI to help our customers operate smarter, safer and more efficiently. For exceptional talent, Evotix offers something rare-the pace of a growth company, the scale to make a real difference, and the opportunity to influence strategy, technology and outcomes at a global level.

At Evotix, we're creating the future of workplace health, safety and wellbeing-and we need ELITE people to help us do it. People who pursue Excellence, show Leadership, deliver Impact, earn Trust, and Empower those around them.

The Role

The Sales Operations Manager will support the effectiveness and scalability of Evotix's global sales organisation by improving sales processes, maintaining reliable commercial data and providing clear reporting and insight to sales leaders.

This is a hands-onindividual contributor role combining sales analysis, process improvement, systems administration and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will create consistent ways of working, strengthen pipeline and forecast visibility, and ensure Salesforce and the wider sales technology stack enable disciplined commercial execution.

What You'll Do

Sales Process & Operational Excellence

  • Document, standardise and improve sales processes across the full opportunity lifecycle.
  • Identify process gaps and bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales methodologies, operating rhythms and governance standards.

Salesforce & Sales Technology

  • Support the day-to-day administration, data quality and effective use of Salesforce across the sales organisation.
  • Partner with Business Technology and relevant stakeholders to translate sales requirements into system and workflow improvements.
  • Support the effective use of sales tools, including quoting, planning, prospecting and enablement platforms.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Produce accurate and timely sales reporting covering pipeline health, conversion, sales activity, bookings and forecast performance.
  • Support sales leaders with forecast preparation, pipeline reviews and the identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear, actionable commercial insight.
  • Investigate data inconsistencies and improve the quality and reliability of sales information.

Planning & Performance Support

  • Support territory, capacity, quota and sales planning activities.
  • Provide analysis that helps leaders understand performance trends and make informed decisions.
  • Support the administration and tracking of sales targets, incentives and related operational processes.
  • Coordinate regular sales operating reviews and ensure actions are clearly captured and followed through.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Sales Enablement and Business Technology to improve end-to-end commercial processes.
  • Support clear handovers between teams and ensure shared data and processes are consistently understood.
  • Contribute operational insight to go-to-market projects and business improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a responsive and trusted point of contact for sales operations questions and support.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS organisation.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards and data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insight and practical recommendations.
  • Experience improving sales processes and supporting consistent adoption across teams.
  • Advanced Excel or equivalent spreadsheet skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working independently, managing competing priorities and taking ownership through to completion.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting a global or multi-region sales organisation.
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting, territory design, capacity planning or sales compensation processes.
  • Experience with sales technology such as DealHub, Gong, Clari or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives involving commercial systems, data or processes.

Please note that Evotix is unable to offer visa sponsorship. You must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application.
