We're looking for an Automation Developer to help design, build and support innovative solutions that reduce manual effort, improve colleague experiences, and enable smarter decision-making across the business.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Microsoft Power Platform, cloud technologies, automation and AI, helping deliver solutions that create measurable value for our people, customers, clients and couriers.\nYou'll join a growing Intelligent Automation function where innovation, continuous learning and practical problem-solving are actively encouraged.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesign, develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate\nBuild scalable, secure and reliable automations that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency\nSupport the development of AI-enabled solutions using emerging technologies and services\nWork closely with Business Analysts, Architects and Delivery teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions\nAnalyse, estimate and assess automation opportunities, validating technical feasibility and delivery approaches\nDevelop integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services and data platforms\nCreate reusable components, workflows and low-code assets that can be leveraged across multiple business areas\nEnsure solutions are built with appropriate monitoring, error handling, logging and operational support considerations\nContribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and development standards within the team\nSupport testing activities, deployment processes, UAT and HyperCare phases\nMaintain source control, deployment pipelines and development environments using DevOps best practices\nEvaluate emerging automation, cloud and AI technologies and identify opportunities to drive further business value\nSupport and enhance existing automation services through structured change management processes\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate\nExperience working with Dataverse, APIs, integrations, databases and enterprise data services\nUnderstanding of software design principles and building maintainable, scalable solutions\nKnowledge of technologies such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL or similar\nExperience working with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), deployment pipelines and source control\nUnderstanding of agile delivery approaches such as Scrum or Kanban\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nExperience producing clear technical documentation and supporting operational processes\nWhy Evri?\nAt Evri, innovation isn't just encouraged - it's expected.\nThis is an opportunity to join a team that's helping shape how automation, cloud and AI are adopted across the organisation.
