Look at the below to understand what you'll be doing in the role:\nAnalysing retailer data to identify underperforming agents, areas of opportunity, and track personal performance against company KPIs.\nTaking ownership of Parcel Shop performance in your territory, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.\nMaintaining an uncompromising focus on customer experience and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.\nProviding full Parcel Shop training to retailers, ensuring they understand processes and use Evri equipment correctly.\nIdentifying and recruiting new Parcel Shop/Locker locations that meet operational requirements.\nSelling additional Parcel Shop services to eligible sites to maximise network growth.\nRaising awareness of Parcel Shop services through retailer engagement, POS updates, and local promotion activity.\nActing as the main conduit for issue resolution, escalating service or operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.\nStill interested?
