If you’re a natural leader who enjoys motivating people, solving problems and driving performance, this could be the opportunity for you.\nThe role\nAs our Day Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our busy depot operation, leading a team of up to 50 colleagues and making sure the shift runs safely, efficiently and successfully.\nYou’ll set clear priorities, support and develop your team and make confident decisions in a fast-moving environment where no two days are quite the same.\nWe’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, take ownership and bring people together to deliver results.
