This is a key role within our Control Room team, supporting the smooth running of inbound and outbound operations and helping to ensure parcels continue moving efficiently through our network. Working closely with the Hub, Systems & Yard Controller, you'll monitor operational performance, manage system functionality, support colleagues and help maintain high service standards across a busy, fast-paced operation.
