You’ll have the opportunity to shape how it works.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou'll be the operational lead for OOH across your region, bringing together Area Partnership teams, Field Teams, Planning, Performance, Commercial, Finance and Central functions.\nLead the operational delivery and ongoing development of our OOH network, ensuring successful implementation of New Orleans and embedding learnings as the network continues to grow.\nOwn regional OOH performance, budgets and CPU targets, driving service, cost efficiency, profitability and year-on-year improvements.\nPartner with Area Delivery, Partnership and Field teams to embed the OOH proposition, build capability and ensure consistent operational performance.\nShape an efficient and scalable OOH network, working with Planning teams to optimise routes, sortation, collections and the operational integration of new locations.\nLead supplier and operational performance, working with Commercial, Finance, Performance and negotiation teams to set targets, resolve service challenges and deliver continuous improvement.\nDrive the future OOH operating model, using MI, automation and process improvement to support the continued expansion of our ParcelShop and locker network.\nWhat we’re looking for\nThis role needs someone who understands large, complex logistics operations and can turn strategy into something that works on the ground.\nYou’ll bring:\nExperience of managing a multi-million-pound operational budget across multiple cost lines\nSignificant experience within large-scale final-mile delivery operations, ideally at network or national level\nStrong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of cost, service and operational performance\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and the confidence to challenge, influence and drive action\nA customer-focused approach, balancing service with commercial and operational requirements\nConfidence working with data, MI and digital dashboards to identify opportunities and improve performance\nA current UK driving licence\nWhy this role?\nOOH is changing how customers send, receive and return parcels.\nThis role gives you the opportunity to be at the centre of that change at Evri.
