We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to join our Enfield Depot and help keep our operation moving through the night. The role As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced operation. You’ll lead a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities, driving performance and making sure we deliver for our customers. Our Night shift typically operates 5 days over 7 starting around 22:00, although finish times can vary depending on parcel volumes. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from people. You’ll need to think on your feet, make confident decisions and work collaboratively with colleagues across the depot.
