We’re one of the UK’s leading parcel businesses, and we’re continuing to invest in our people, our operations and our future.\nWe’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to join our Bury St Edmunds Depot and help keep our operation moving through the night.\nThe role\nAs our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced operation. You’ll lead a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities, driving performance and making sure we deliver for our customers.\nOur Night Shift operates Sunday to Friday, working any 5 days.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from people.
