You will also complete and maintain the company documentation. As well as communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT Systems. \n\nKey Role Responsibilities \nDriver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required \nControl company asset management, notably container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls \nCheck SP payments and issue associated daily/monthly reporting \nComplete all admin tasks and maintain a suitable filing system including SP/employee vetting, driver set up processes, ID badge ordering \nDeal with customer queries via Company IT systems \nAny reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor \nAll Health and Safety policies and procedures are complied with (as stated in the employee handbook/displayed at the location) in line with Site Risk Assessments \nComply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and display appropriate behaviour whilst on site. \n\nWhat We Can Offer You: \nWe’re proud to offer a workplace where everyone can thrive.
