Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our busy Belfast Evri Premium hub. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven operational leader to take ownership of a fast-paced parcel operation, leading teams to achieve exceptional service, performance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Service Partners, Shift Managers, and operational teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective day-to-day management of the site. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing people, and delivering against KPIs and business objectives.
