This is a key leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, leading our night operation, developing our people and delivering a great service for our customers.\nThe role\nAs Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of operational performance, ensuring we deliver against our service, cost, safety and efficiency targets.\nYou’ll lead from the front, motivating teams, solving problems and making confident decisions in a fast-paced logistics environment. You’ll also proactively identify opportunities to improve the way we work and turn those opportunities into measurable results.\nEvery depot brings different challenges, but you won’t be tackling them alone.
