We're looking for an experienced Process Supervisor to join our Coventry Hub on our permanent Night Shift.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a fast-paced parcel operation. Reporting to the Process Manager, you'll take responsibility for leading a team of Warehouse Operatives, making sure we have the right people in the right places and that parcels continue to move safely and efficiently through the Hub.\nYou'll be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining operational standards and supporting your team to perform at their best throughout the shift.\nIf you're an experienced Supervisor who enjoys leading people, solving problems and delivering results in a busy operational environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead, motivate and support a team of Warehouse Operatives throughout the Night Shift.\nAllocate people and resources effectively in line with changing parcel volumes and operational requirements.\nMonitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs, taking action where required.\nEnsure parcels move safely and efficiently through the Hub to meet service requirements.\nCoach, develop and support colleagues to improve individual and team performance.\nConduct team briefings and maintain clear communication throughout the operation.\nPromote a strong Health & Safety culture and ensure colleagues follow safe working practices.\nComplete equipment, process and operational readiness checks.\nIdentify and respond to operational issues, making effective decisions in a time-critical environment.\nSupport the Process Manager in delivering productivity, service, quality and performance targets.\nWork collaboratively with other operational teams to maintain an efficient flow across Coventry Hub.\nDrive colleague engagement and create an accountable, supportive and high-performing team environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou'll be comfortable leading people within a busy operational environment and confident making decisions when priorities or volumes change.\nYou'll also need:\nA minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or acting supervisory role.\nExperience managing large teams of 20+ colleagues.\nStrong leadership and people-management skills.\nExperience working against productivity, performance or operational KPIs.\nThe ability to allocate resources effectively against changing operational demands.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and organisational skills.\nA proactive approach to improving performance and colleague engagement.\nThe confidence to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.\nA strong understanding of Health & Safety and the importance of operational compliance.\nPrevious experience within parcels, logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing or another high-volume operational environment would be particularly beneficial.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Evri Premium, we want our people to build long-term careers with us.
