As Implementation Manager, you will lead the onboarding of key clients, manage each implementation as a focused project and bridge the gap between Sales and Client Development. With a key focus on onboarding clients using our New Tracked Mail Product. Your goal is a smooth transition from a competitor to an established Evri service. You will also provide short-term “nursery care” support where an existing client’s service is under strain, investigating the cause, reporting your findings and helping stakeholders put practical solutions in place. You will be part of a small Implementation team and report to the Implementation Team Manager. The role has no direct people or budget responsibility, but it has broad influence across Sales, Client Development, Operations, Transport, Planning, Customer Services, Client Solutions, MI and hub management teams.
