We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Team Lead) to lead and develop a team of six engineers while remaining hands-on with modern cloud technologies.\nThis is a leadership role that requires strong technical credibility, particularly across AWS, platform reliability, automation and cloud-native engineering. You'll be responsible for setting standards, driving operational excellence, and helping your team deliver resilient, scalable services that support business-critical platforms.\nThis is a high-impact role where you'll influence engineering standards, improve reliability practices, and help shape the future of SRE across the organisation.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead, mentor and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers\nProvide technical leadership and direction across cloud, platform and operational engineering initiatives\nImprove reliability, scalability and operational efficiency across our platforms and services\nDrive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve software delivery\nDefine and measure SLIs, SLOs and key service performance metrics\nBuild monitoring, observability and alerting solutions that provide meaningful operational insight\nSupport engineering teams in resolving complex availability, performance and scalability challenges\nEnable reliable deployments and rapid issue detection, recovery and rollback processes\nChampion security, resilience and engineering best practices across services and platforms\nManage and enhance shared tooling including CI/CD and automation platforms\nDrive continuous improvement, cost optimisation and platform stability initiatives\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience leading, mentoring or managing engineers within an SRE, DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering environment\nStrong AWS cloud knowledge and experience supporting cloud-native platforms at scale\nHands-on experience developing and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK using TypeScript\nStrong technical expertise across infrastructure, automation, reliability and operational engineering\nLinux and/or Windows administration experience\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation and Ansible\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, GitLab, Concourse CI or similar\nExperience working with Docker and container technologies\nScripting experience using Bash, Python, Go or similar technologies\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within production environments\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical teams\nWhy Evri?\nAt Evri, reliability matters.\nYou'll be joining a team helping to shape how modern engineering operates across a large-scale, cloud-first environment.
