You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards and helping your team deliver against key operational targets.\nNo two days are the same, and you'll play a vital role in creating a high-performing, customer-focused operation.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLeading, coaching and motivating a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver against performance targets.\nMonitoring productivity, throughput and operational KPIs within your designated area.\nSupporting the delivery of client SLAs and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.\nTraining and developing colleagues across picking, packing and stock control activities.\nPromoting a strong health & safety culture and ensuring compliance with company procedures.\nMaintaining high standards of housekeeping, equipment availability and operational quality.\nCompleting operational reporting and communicating performance updates to the Shift Manager.\nDriving continuous improvement and contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment.\nWhat we're looking for\nEssential experience and skills\nPrevious experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or retail operation.\nExperience leading, coaching or supervising teams.\nStrong understanding of operational KPIs and performance management.\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nConfidence working with Microsoft Office and operational systems.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nWe'd also love to see\nGCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, or relevant business experience.\nA proactive and flexible approach to work.\nStrong analytical and numerical skills.\nThe ability to work independently while building strong team relationships.\nWhy join Evri?\nAt Evri, we know our people are what make us successful.
