We're looking for an experienced operational leader to join our team at Barnsley Hub on our PM shift. As a Process Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a key area of our operation, leading a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensuring parcels move through the hub safely, accurately and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be visible on the floor, driving performance, responding to changing volumes and ensuring your team consistently delivers high operational standards. If you've led teams within a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, parcel or logistics environment and enjoy the challenge of a high-volume operation, we'd like to hear from you.
