Your decisions will shape courier experience, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and site safety — every single day.\nResponsibilities as a Final Mile Territory Manager\nOwn service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)\nEnsure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage\nAnalyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks\nBuild strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions\nLead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency\nDrive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations\n\nTo Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the Following…\nQualifications:\nCurrent UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)\nKnowledge & Experience:\nKnowledge of the self-employed courier model\nPrevious experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role\nStrong planning and organisational experience\nTechnical & People Skills:\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively\nAbility to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required\nStrong communicator across a dispersed workforce\nIT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards\nInterested?
