We're looking for a Transport Development Auditor to join our Transport Development Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, helping to drive high standards across our UK network.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transport professional to work with sites across the business, influencing compliance, improving performance and supporting best practice. You'll work closely with operational leaders, helping to shape transport standards while making a real impact on road safety and compliance across one of the UK's largest parcel delivery networks.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs a key member of the Transport Development Team, you'll support our sites through a programme of transport audits, reviews and compliance activities.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nConducting transport audits across the Evri network to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.\nPreparing for audits using company systems and carrying out on-site reviews where required.\nReviewing Earned Recognition standards to support audit readiness.\nProducing clear audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations and areas for improvement.\nPresenting outcomes and action plans to site management and operational leadership teams.\nMaintaining accurate audit records in line with DVSA and ISO requirements.\nIdentifying opportunities for training, development and continuous improvement.\nSupporting wider Transport Development projects and initiatives.\nKeeping up to date with industry legislation, compliance requirements and best practice.\nWorking collaboratively with sites to drive positive behaviours, improved standards and operational excellence.\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience within a transport, fleet, compliance or operational environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nThe ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide practical recommendations.\nExperience driving process improvement and supporting operational change.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nConfidence using Microsoft Office applications.\nA proactive approach with the ability to work independently across multiple locations.\nDesirable:\nCPC qualification or relevant transport management experience.\nKnowledge of Operator Licence requirements and transport compliance legislation.\nExperience using TachoMaster or similar transport management systems.\nExperience delivering training, coaching or development activities.\nWhy join Evri?\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a national transport operation while working alongside experienced leaders across the business.
