We are looking for someone who can … \nDevelop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are hit for the day shift \nProcess MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders \nManaging all areas of the day operations, sortation and transportation in an efficient cost-effective manner. \nPeople Management – recruitment / inductions and ongoing performance and attendance management, submission of daily debrief with drivers and weekly reports required. \nCompliance – Legalities, Management of domestic driving hours (breaks/length of shifts/rest periods).
