As Executive Chef, you will lead the kitchen behind Chapman's Restaurant and Bar and the hotel's strong conference and events offering, which caters for business workshops, large conferences, gala functions and celebrations across a range of flexible venues.\nBuffet service is a big part of what we do, so a high volume, high quality buffet experience is essential for this role.
