Once you’re in, there’s no limits on where your career could take you. \n\nKey Responsibilities \nWe are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join the team looking after the following.\nOversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of guest needs and concerns.\nSupervise and support Front Office team members, providing guidance during peak periods and fostering a culture of service excellence.\nMonitor room availability, rate accuracy, and billing instructions to maximise occupancy, revenue, and compliance with credit policies.\nLiaise with Finance to ensure adherence to credit procedures and approve discounts, rebates, and upgrades where appropriate.\nCoordinate with other hotel departments to maintain “Room Ready on Arrival” standards and deliver personalised amenities for VIP and EVT PGR guests.\nDrive revenue opportunities by identifying and implementing promotional strategies in collaboration with hotel outlets and partners.\nMaintain high standards of cleanliness, uniform, and professional conduct across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.\nAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of Front Office colleagues, ensuring engagement through briefings, recognition, and team-building activities.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n1+ years of experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role within a fast-paced hotel or similar property.\nProven ability to deliver exceptional guest service with confidence, professionalism, and a dynamic, vibrant personality.\nStrong knowledge of Property Management Systems (preferably Opera) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with superior decision-making and problem-solving abilities.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines, and varying guest situations in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with a focus on self-development and driving superior results through engagement and collaboration.\nExperience in managing guest feedback channels, resolving complaints, and driving continuous service improvement.\n\nHow You Work\nDaymaker ethos — no one’s too big for the small things.\nInclusive leader — values diverse perspectives; builds belonging.\nOwner’s mindset — acts on data/feedback; ships improvements.\nHands-on and non-hierarchical — leads from the front.\nResilient and solutions-focused — stays calm, moves fast.\nGrowth mindset — learns, shares, and levels up others.\n\nPerks from Day One\nAs part of EVT, you unlock Elevate Perks from your first day.
