Actively supports and drives business goals and values within designated area.\nAllocates tasks efficiently to 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees in designated area. Ensures team efficiency and timely execution of tasks or processes. \nActively contribute to and participate in all cinema campaigns relevant to the designated area. Ensures a collaborative approach to promotional activities.\nSupervise thorough and precise opening and closing procedures for the designated area, ensuring a systematic and secure transition between operational phases.\nDemonstrate a conscientious awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.\nSupport team proficiency in cash handling, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with established financial protocols. May support primary cash preparation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established financial protocols. \nSupports general administration tasks efficiently and promptly, contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activities.\nImplementation of policies and procedures.\nImplementation of quality control techniques. \nMaintains strong operational and product knowledge within designated area. \nBio-Box \nIdentify projection room equipment including audio equipment, TMS, LMS, BMS, workstation, projectors, film formats.\nMonitor and rectify issues with sound, focus/framing in auditoriums, supporting a high standard of content presentation. \nContent management including DCP-delivery and ingest via physical hard drives, IP delivery & satellite delivery.\nMonitor the delivery of alternative content including live satellite streaming and special event screenings. Rectify any issues as appropriate to skill and knowledge at this level. \nTMS daily scheduled session check.\nAudio Video content requirements for Conference and Events (AV equipment, laptops, audio format changes etc.).\nKnowledge in film programming.\nGeneral maintenance within the cinema complex as appropriate to skill and knowledge at this level. \nKPI’sKPI - Operational Responsibility for Cinema\nCustomer feedback through NPS results and in-person.\nAchieve an elevated level of competence in cash handling.\nFood and beverage prepared and served to a high standard and in a timely manner.\nStocktake variances within accepted company guidelines.\nDepartmental results are in line with company targets.\nEffectively executes training according to company policies and procedures. \nEffectively undertakes team leadership through coaching in the spirit of collaboration and support of fellow employees.\nSkills and ExperienceThese are the desired skills and experience for this role:\nMinimum of 6 months of experience at Cinema Employee Level 2.\nCompetent in basic Maths and English.\nCompetent in all FOH departments.\nCompetent in cash handling.\nDisplays leadership ability.\nBehavioural CapabilitiesThe following are the mindsets and behaviours required for this role:\nCustomer Focused: Dedicated to delivering excellence in customer sentiment.
