standards.\nCollaborate with your Reporting Catalyst, designers, backend engineers, and other teams to deliver features on agreed timelines.\n\nRequirements2 to 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience building production applications with React JS (components, hooks, state management).\nSolid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).\nExperience with TypeScript and modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS or a component library.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and how the frontend and backend communicate.\nWorking knowledge of a backend language and framework (Node.js with Express, or Python with Flask/FastAPI) for effective collaboration with API teams.\nFamiliarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.\nGood problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nWillingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and work in rotational shifts.\nAbility to work independently and stay productive in a remote setup.\nExperience with frontend testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library) and build tools (Vite, Webpack) preferred.\nBasic exposure to Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or CI/CD would be a plus.\nAwareness of
