You will support day-to-day IT operations, assist employees with technical issues, and help maintain secure access to company systems and information. Working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to IT improvements, asset management and infrastructure projects to support business continuity and a productive working environment.\nThis role reports to our Director, Security & Corporate IT, and is based in Brunei. \nYour key responsibilities include:\nManage day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licences, mailboxes, Intune devices and Microsoft Purview labelling.\n\nSupport IT onboarding and offboarding by setting up and removing accounts, preparing and collecting equipment, and granting or revoking system access.\n\nSet up, reimage and reset laptops and desktops, and assist with user data backup and recovery.\n\nMaintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, local area networks (LAN), printers, meeting room systems and other IT equipment.\n\nMaintain accurate IT asset records and conduct regular asset checks.\n\nAssist with IT budget planning, purchasing and expense tracking.\n\nSupport security remediation by applying patches, addressing vulnerabilities identified through security scans and penetration tests, and tracking issues through to closure.\n\nAssist with data centre operations, including server installation, migration and routine maintenance checks.\n\nRespond to helpdesk requests, troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to employees.\n\nAssist with IT projects and other operational tasks as required.\n\nQualifications and other skills requirements:\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Microsoft 365.\nBasic understanding of Linux commands and networking concepts, including LAN, Wi-Fi and TCP/IP.\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.\nGood communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.\nWillingness to learn, take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.\nDemonstrates integrity, accountability and professional ethics.\nExperience in healthcare, health technology or a related industry is an advantage.\nAbility to speak or understand Mandarin is an added
