This role provides a variety of activities-including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance-making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Though preferred, this hands-on, foundational role doesn’t require prior industry experience; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one!

Daily Responsibilities This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers, answer calls, and field customer questions.
- Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
- Build and manage customer relationships and offer sales support to customer accounts.
Warehouse & Yard Operations
- Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
Inventory Management
- Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
Delivery and Transportation
- Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
- Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
Requirements
What we are looking for…
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic math and communication skills
An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service
Preferred, but not required…
Warehouse associate experience
Delivery driver experience
Forklift certification
Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks!)
Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus
