identification\nProvide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)\nAnswer customers’ questions about specific products/services\nCross-sell products\nManage returns of merchandise\nCoordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)\nInform customers about discounts and special offers\nStay up-to-date with new products/services\nAsk for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints\nInform customers about new products and services\nLoading Materials in customer vehicles with efficiency and extreme care\nKeep updated records of inventory and activity logs\nComply with company policies and legal guidelines\nHelp maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities\nRequirements\n
